The Notes Perspective is a common perspective utilized in music. As was enumerated in one of the Ordered Lists section, there are 12 different notes from which the user can choose to use in certain range in reference. As opposed to the Fret Perspective, the Note Perspective is useful for general music theory—not just the guitar or stringed instruments in general. Though the note perspective may be best for stating how to recreate a little tune or something else, (at least when it includes the range of the note, since though notes bay the same, they can be in different octives) the Note Perspective will not be the basic Perspective emphasized in these learning guitar tutorials. As will be discussed in it’s own section, the Interval Perspective will be recommended general music theory perspective because it simplifies and reduces the total information required to store some harmony or melody structure—as long as you first know the key of course.
